TERMS OF SERVICE
Welcome to Magic Suite. Our goal is to make our policies feel clear, fair, and structured — not intimidating. These terms govern your use of our platform.
1. Use of Platform
1.1 Restrictions
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By accepting these Terms, creating a Platform Account, or using the Platform, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. You may not use the Platform or the Services if you are an employee, partner, or director of our Competitors or intend to gain access to the Platform in order to compete with the Platform.
1.2 Platform Account Ownership
Your use of the Platform is conditioned on your provision of complete, current, and accurate information when registering for a Platform Account. As the individual who accepts these Terms, you are the owner of the Platform Account unless you are acting on behalf of a business entity. If multiple parties claim to be the “owner”, Magic Suite will deem the owner to be the person who can demonstrate ownership of the underlying business entity via government-issued documentation.
1.3 Compliance
You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA and other data privacy laws. Magic Suite does not represent that your use of the Platform will comply with HIPAA, PCI, or Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
1.4 Privacy
You consent to Magic Suite’s use and disclosure of Information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. When you provide your customers with access to the Platform, you must implement and enforce your own terms of service and Privacy Policy, providing a level of protection at least equal to that provided to you by Magic Suite.
1.5 Login Credentials
You are responsible for all uses of your Platform Account and Login Credentials. You give consent to Magic Suite to access and monitor your Platform Account and your customer’s accounts for support and security purposes.
1.6 – 1.15 Platform Operations
1.6 Communication Services: You are responsible for compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
1.7 Third Party Services: Integration is managed by you; we are not liable for third-party omissions.
1.10 International: Prohibited in embargoed or sanctioned countries.
1.15 Ecommerce: You are solely responsible for product descriptions, taxes, and customer service.
2. Code of Conduct
You agree to comply with the Code of Conduct outlined in Exhibit A while using the Platform. Magic Suite reserves the right to terminate your account if you breach this agreement.
3. Payment & Financial Clarity
3.1 Billing and Auto-Renewal
Subscription and service billing begins immediately upon account creation. All plans are set to auto-renew based on your selected billing cycle unless canceled through your account dashboard.
3.2 Late Payments and Payment Disputes
If your payment is declined, we will re-attempt to charge for 7 business days. If unsuccessful, your account may be canceled due to non-payment. For any disputes, notify us in writing within 30 days.

You are eligible for a 100% refund of your service package if you cancel within 30 days of your first subscription payment. This confidence statement applies only to new customers and first-time purchases.

- Fees from free trial conversions.

📌 Declined Refund Conditions: Magic Suite reserves the right to decline requests that fall outside this policy, involve misuse of promotions, or appear fraudulent/abusive.
3.3 Cancellation Policy
We make cancellation simple and transparent — not restrictive.

⏳ Billing & Timing: Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 30-day guarantee period.
🚫 Important Notes
- Free trials will convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Charges incurred after trial conversion are non-refundable.
- Cancellation due to change of mind is not accepted once payment is processed.
- All freebies and trial tools will be disabled immediately upon cancellation.
3.5 Shipping & Delivery Policy
📦 No Physical Product Will Be Shipped. All services are delivered digitally. Access is granted immediately via online platform login upon successful activation.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1 Platform Content
The Platform and its content are owned by Magic Suite or its licensors. Magic Suite grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, personal license to access and use the content.
4.2 Prohibited Contributions
You are prohibited from posting content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, abusive, or targeting individuals based on protected characteristics.
5. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS". MAGIC SUITE MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING PROFITABILITY OR SUCCESS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DATA INTERCEPTION OVER NETWORKS. BETA PRODUCTS MAY BE TERMINATED AT ANY TIME WITHOUT WARRANTY.
6. Limitation of Liability
Your exclusive remedy is limited to the amount paid for services in the three months prior to the incident. You agree to indemnify Magic Suite against claims related to your use of the Platform.
7. Guarantee Extension
7.1 Definition: ‘Lifetime’ refers to the lifetime of the subscription period.
7.2 Freebies: Promotional offers remain valid only while the subscription is active. If a client activates freebies in full mode during the Money Back Guarantee period, they incur the cost of the freebies if they later request a refund.
