Job Description

The Junior IT Specialist is primarily responsible for the technical implementation and deployment of client automation systems. You will be the technical backbone of our client delivery, transforming business requirements into fully operational CRM environments, websites, landing pages, AI chatbots, and sophisticated automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

System Implementation & Configuration: Execute end-to-end setup and configuration of CRM systems (Magic AI) for clients across multiple industries, ensuring optimal workflow architecture and data structure

Digital Asset Development: Design and build conversion-optimized websites, landing pages, and digital properties that align with client brand guidelines and business objectives

AI Chatbot Engineering: Develop, configure, and deploy intelligent AI chatbot solutions with industry-specific conversation flows, knowledge bases, and multi-language capabilities (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin)

Automation Architecture: Create and implement sophisticated business automation workflows including lead nurturing sequences, appointment scheduling systems, follow-up campaigns, and integration bridges between multiple platforms

UI/UX Excellence: Apply user interface and user experience design principles to ensure all digital touchpoints deliver intuitive, aesthetically refined, and conversion-focused experiences

Client Collaboration: Maintain clear, professional communication with clients throughout project lifecycles, translating technical concepts into business-friendly language

Requirements

UI/UX Design Skills:
Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing, user-centered interfaces with strong attention to layout, typography, color theory, and responsive design principles
Technical Versatility:
Comfortable working across multiple platforms and quickly learning new systems and technologies
Communication Excellence:
Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-Oriented Execution:
Meticulous approach to system configuration, quality assurance, and documentation
Project Management:
Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines
Problem-Solving Mindset:
Resourceful approach to technical challenges with the ability to research solutions independently

Knowledge

  • CRM Platforms: Familiar with CRM concepts and automation workflows
  • Web Development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals; experience with website builders and landing page platforms
  • Design Tools: Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite for mockups and asset creation
  • AI Technologies: Understanding of AI chatbot platforms, conversation design, and automation logic
  • Integration Concepts: API basics, webhooks, and third-party platform connections

Attitude

Service-oriented, methodical, documentation-first, eager to learn, collaborative team player

Qualifications

Education: Degree or Higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field

Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; any freelance, internship, or personal project experience in web development, automation, or CRM systems is a strong advantage
